Plain-language membership terms for Ultiqual Equine. This is not a substitute for independent legal advice. If anything here conflicts with a written agreement we send you later, that agreement prevails.

1. Who we are

Ultiqual Equine (“we”, “us”) provides an online racing intelligence product at ultiqualequine.com, powered by the Ultiqual Engine: race cards, confidence grades, statistics, blackbook tools (where entitled), and related member features. Contact: admin@ultiqualequine.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, logging in, browsing the site, or paying for access, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. What the product is (and is not)

We provide information tools and analysis for Australian thoroughbred racing.
We do not provide personal financial, investment, or gambling advice.
Nothing on the site is a guarantee of wins, dividends, or profit. Racing involves risk of loss.
You are solely responsible for how you bet (or choose not to), for compliance with local laws, and for any bookmaker accounts you use.

4. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential.
One person per free account unless we agree otherwise. Do not share logins to circumvent paid access.
You must be old enough to hold a legal gambling / online account in your jurisdiction (and in any case 18+ if you use the product for betting decisions).
We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service (scraping, resale of content, fraud, harassment, or security attacks).

5. Free membership

Free membership includes a limited product: typically one full meeting per calendar day allocated by us (usually the earliest first jump among listed meetings), without blackbook, playbooks, or paid research tools on Statistics. Other meetings remain locked. Free access may change with notice as the product evolves.

Promotional free periods (for example an August “7 days Full” signup offer) are time-limited and described on Membership / signup when active. When a promo ends, your account returns to free tier unless you purchase paid access.

6. Paid access

Paid packages may include, as described on the Membership page at the time of purchase:

Day unlock — full race book for a calendar day (standard or carnival pricing as listed).
Saturday package — rolling period with Saturdays fully open while active.
Full membership — rolling 30 days or annual, full daily access while active, including spring carnival dates we run under Full.

Access lasts for the paid period only. If you do not renew before expiry, paid access ends immediately (free tier may remain if your account is still open).

7. PayID and payment matching

Until card checkout is available, paid upgrades may be completed by PayID to the details shown on Membership.
You must use the unique payment code we generate (and exact amount) so we can match the bank deposit to your account.
After paying, submit “I’ve paid” on Membership (preferred) or email us with the code and your login email.
Access is enabled when we confirm the payment. We aim to process promptly; race-day claims may be prioritised when we are online. Matching can take longer outside business hours.
Wrong amount, missing code, or incomplete claims may delay unlock.

8. Promotions and referrals

Promotional prices (for example August annual discount or loyalty renewals) and the permanent referral program run under the rules published on Membership at the time. We may end or change promos prospectively. Referral discounts apply only when referred members make qualifying paid packages as described (not free promos or day unlocks unless stated). Discounts are applied operationally when we grant access after PayID confirmation.

9. Refunds

Digital access is generally non-refundable once the paid period has been activated, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
If we cannot deliver the product for a material period due to our fault, contact us and we will act fairly (credit, extension, or refund as appropriate).
Mistaken duplicate PayID payments: contact us promptly with bank proof; we will refund or credit after verification.

10. Acceptable use and content

Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, republish, or redistribute race cards, blackbook notes, playbooks, or stats for others.
Do not reverse-engineer or attack the service.
Member-facing edge content is licensed for your personal use only while entitled.
Public pages (marketing, high-level statistics, race log highlights) may be shared with normal linking; do not misrepresent affiliation.

11. Availability and data

We aim for reliable race-day operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, third-party odds/results feeds, or perfect data. Exports and grades depend on our daily pipeline and external sources. Feature availability can differ by tier.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on any rating, grade, or note. Our total liability for any claim relating to paid access is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant package in the 30 days before the claim (or the minimum non-excludable by law, if higher). Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot contract out of under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future use. Material changes to paid entitlements will be described on Membership or by email where practical.
